What's in my... Toiletry Bag

Here have is some of the Hair Care Products that were too big to fit in my Toiletry Roll (If you didn't see the post with my Toiletry Roll, click here)
  • The Bed Head "Dumb Blonde" Leave in Conditioner, this is a new product for me so I hope it works great!
  • The Batiste Dry Shampoo
  • The John Frieda Frizz-Ease Secret Weapon Cream, this stuff works wonders :)
  • I also just stick my Wide-tooth Comb in the side of this bag

The next bag I have is my Nail Bag
  • There isn't a whole lot in this bag, but the main thing is my Manicure Tool which is a spinning Nail File. I can't stand to use a regular nail file now that I have this one :)
  • Nail Clips
  • A clear Top Coat
  • The colored Nail Polish that I think I am going to bring is Coral by elf
  • A White Nail Art Pen

And then I fit all of these bags...

    Into this big Toiletry Bag!
And then everything is just much easier to carry and contained in the same area when you pack it like this!
    In this bag I have:
    • My Toiletry Roll, click here to see that post
    • My Full sized Hair Products
    • A Hair Brush
    • My Hair Straightener
    • A Mirror
    • My Shower Bag, click here to see that post

And that is all of my Toiletry things! I hope you enjoyed this post!

College Countdown: Basic College Packing List

In this list I'm not going to go over every single thing.  Throughout this week I will do separate posts on Clothing and Makeup etc.  On Saturday of this week I will post a concise version of this including everything mentioned.  For now I would just like to go over basics such as kitchen items, "school supplies" and other items you may not have thought of! Kitchen These are basics that you might need if you are in a dorm and do not necessarily have a kitchen.  I will have a sink, so it will be doable for me to wash dishes as needed.  If you do not have a sink you might consider buying disposable silverware and dishes so you won't have to wash them in the bathroom. Plastic Bowls Plastic Cups Tumblers or Reusable Water Bottles - I recommend this regardless of if you have a sink. Brita Pitcher - The water will probably be different from what you are used to, and this will make the transition easier Ice Cube Trays Plastic Ice Cubes - If the water is jus...

    Homemade Beauty... De-Puff Tired Eyes

Have you ever tried Green tea before? Personally I am not a huge fan, but it can be a great way to decrease puffiness around your eyes! Buy the iced tea version, mix up a batch, and to stick it in the fridge. After it has chilled, soak a couple of cotton rounds in the tea and lay them on your eyes. The caffeine helps to shrink the appearance of the blood vessels, and the antioxidants help eliminate inflammation.  Another great option to de-puff your eyes are slices of raw potato. Just peel, slice, and chill them before applying to the eye area. The potato acts as a natural astringent and will take down the swelling! :) Credit to:   http://www.seventeen.com/beauty/tips/diy-beauty-treatments#slide-1

    Popsugar: January

Though this box wasn't as good as December in my opinion, I am still loving this!  These are so much fun!!  I would like to apologize for my photography skills this time though... I was trying to hurry and shoot these before I left to come back to school a few weeks ago and I let quality slip.  I'll do my best not to let it happen again! The theme words for January were new, fresh, detox, motivation, healthy, and revitalize.  That seems pretty standard for January, everyone is making an attempt at getting healthier for their new years resolutions! This is the Daily Concepts Hair Wrap towel.  I'd seen these before at every grocery and beauty store while they were super popular, but I'd never really bought into it.  They are supposed to cut drying time and reduce frizz, so I guess we can give this a shot!  Though from first glance taking it out of its case, I'm not totally sure how to use it...  Anyway, this retails for $18 on the Daily ...
