Outer Banks 2013: Day 10, Sunday June 16th

Well my little brother woke everyone in the room up again today, but today it was because he didn't feel good :( I hope he starts feeling better soon so he can enjoy the rest of this vacation! Well, since we are up me and dad are going to get ready and go get breakfast.

I really like this hotel's breakfast :) I made my own waffles this morning! :) After we took breakfast back to mom and Elijah, and had breakfast ourselves, we walked down to the beach. It turns out there was some type of obstical race on the beach this morning and we caught the tail end of it as some of the last people were climbing fences to get to the finish line! :)
We are going to Bodie Lighthouse today, but sadly mom and Elijah won't be coming with us :( Elijah still  feels bad so she is going to stay back at the room with him.

Me and dad just got back to the room! We had a lot of fun :)

Something I didn't know, at some point the name of the Lighthouse changed from "Body's" to "Bodie". Nobody knows when or why.

 Now me and mom are going to lunch and do some shopping while dad stays with Elijah.

We just finished... well I wouldn't say it was lunch exactly, we had ice cream from Dairy Queen ;) I had another S'mores Blizzard, which was just as good as the first time! Now we are going shopping at Tangers Outlets in Kill Devil Hills

We just got back to the room and I racked up at Tangers!  I got clothes from Aeropoatale and a tank-top from Gap and some other stuff :) Slowly running out of money..... ;) Elijah has slept most of the day, so now we are all on our way out to eat

We ended up eating at Outback, where I had a Cheeseburger and fries. I liked my lunch of ice cream from Dairy Queen better ;) After Elijah got some caffeine he feels way better so now we are going to play putt-putt!

9:00 PM
I hit a hole in one again! I am very proud ;) we played at a place called Mutiny Bay, it was pirates! :) 

I like Pirates :) I also got an adorable little turtle stuffed animal, that is wearing a pirate hat ;)

10:30 PM
We found a huuuuuge Kitty Hawk kites store! We stayed pretty much until it closed, and we didn't finish so we will have to go back tomorrow :)

Well since my little brother slept aaaaall day, he wasn't to keen on the idea of sleeping tonight ;) He feels so much better and we are all very happy about it! He is hyper as all get out, and we aren't exactly sure what to do about it! We have been sitting here watching Duck Dynasty for the past few hours
 but I  think I am about ready to go to bed. Goodnight everyone!

Apartment Tour + Fall Decor!

It's coming a bit late, because by this point I have Christmas decor up, but why not?  It isn't December yet, and I loved my fall decor and wanted to show it off! Entrance and "Dining Room" We did our best to section off the living room/dining room/kitchen area so it had a house feel that trashy college apartment.  We also tried to add all the things we could to make it feel more bright and homey since only one piece of furniture in here is actually ours!  The rest was provided for us. Graze: November

I thought I paused my box until I was back to school in February, but apparently I didn't get to it quick enough to stop the November box!  Oh well, it was another cute fall themed box! This is the Triple Berry Smoothie.  It contains  mini strawberries, blueberries, cranberries and "chewy banana coins."  Personally, I think this sounds amazing!  This has all of the dried fruit that I like in the other snacks, minus the nuts and stuff that I don't like as much! I am really beginning to love Graze's flapjacks!  I've tried the honeycomb, which is my favorite, the pumpkin spice, and now the Cocoa and Vanilla Protein flapjack!  This is probably my least favorite of the three, but it was still really good!  It had a nice chocolaty flavor, but not too intense, and it was very filling. Review: Etsy Body Products!

Whipped Up Wonderful Whipped Up Wonderful is a wonderful Etsy company that I have had the opportunity to order from multiple times now, as you all saw in my  Truffle Themed Present  post. In this such oder I chose the Cinnamon Bun Bubble Bar.  First of all, it looks and smells exactly like you could just pop it in your mouth and eat it! It is $7.99, and can be broken apart and used for multiple baths.  As I said, it smells heavenly, makes tons of bubbles, and because the majority of the product is Cocoa butter it makes the water incredibly silky!  She has a fun promotion going, that if you post a picture of your products from her shop and she reposts your picture, you can mention it in you next order and get a free random bath bomb!  That is what I did in this case, and received the Orange Peel Bath Bomb.  I tend to go for warmer food scents, and this is a very herbal scent, but I will definitely still put it to use!
