At this point, we are in the thick of Cold and Flu season... I have had a cold for the past week, and I am soooo not loving this :P I thought I might put together a Cold and Flu Survival Kit for you all, so you can be more prepared than I was.

Just a note... Keep in mind that I am not in any way shape or form a doctor and you should consult yours before taking anything, these are just my suggestions.

You are gonna need a good Pain Reliever! Having a headache, sore throat, or just being achy in general sucks... Trust me you will need itIf you are all stuffed up with a cold a Decongestant will be a God send. It will give you a few minutes where you can get something done besides blowing your nose!Coughing your head off? Cough Drops, learn to love them. Personally I can't stand the things, but they work! You need to keep tabs on how high your temperature is going in case you need to go to the doctor or hospital, so keep a Thermometer handy.Tissues, and plenty of them. Do I really need t…

What I Did This Month... November

This has been a month of quite a few firsts... I got my first job!! I am working at a daycare with kids ages 2-12 in the afternoons after school. I am really liking it, and I don't have to work weekends or Holidays so is is great! And then I got my second job... Back in the Summer I asked my cousin about having a job in his clothing store, and he told me that I could be a gift-wrapper closer to the Holidays. So I am doing that on Saturdays! I mean, I'm not complaining (much), I am making good money! But oh my gosh... I have been so tired!
I started out the month making Triple Salted Caramel Cupcakes for my Mommy's birthday!
The next semi-interesting thing I did this month was go to my neighbor/sister(sort of) wedding! I was a Guest Book Person/Dress Fluffer and Holder/Unofficial Bridesmaid... In all reality I have absolutely no idea what I was! But it was a pretty wedding, and we had fun :) This was her getting her hair done...
Her and her (now) husband decided to do a first l…

Both, you definitely need both!

Maybe this?

Thanksgiving Outfits!

Usually on Thanks giving I end up wearing a t-shirt and jeans because I have been cooking all day, and because it is just my family! I mean who am I trying to impress! ;) But this year I want it to be different! I want the world to change for the better and to... wait, no no that is a different speech ;) I want to look cute this year, is that to much to ask??
I found all of these pictures on Pinterest. If you would like to see more like them (or just really want to be nice!) you can click here to go follow me!
Dressy So if you have to go out somewhere with your family, or are required to dress up (more that normal at least) then I thought this would be a good outfit for you!
A basic white scoop or v-neck T-shirt, a dark blue pleated skirt with a brown belt around your waist, and matching brown cutout flats. The huge tote bag and sunglasses are most definitely optional! You are dressed up more than you normally would be, but still keeping it kind of casual with flats instead of heels.

Bridal Emergency Kit

I know I don't normally do posts like this, but I was in a wedding this weekend and it has gotten me in a wedding planning kind of mood ;) When I get married someday I would love to have somebody do this for me, and if I am ever a maid of honor I would definitely want to do this for someone! I will put in a printable version at the end!
Some of this stuff might seem kind of pointless, but it is better to have it that not to! Also, if it is possible to get mini, travel, or sample sizes of any of this then go for it! I leaves more room for everything else!
