Summertime Sweety

Hi guys!  So it is March first and we are now half way through the semester!  I was originally planning to only do Wednesday posts while we were out for Christmas break, but then it came time for Disney Posts (which you can find here if you missed them!) and I was posting on the daily which coincided with the beginning of classes!  Ahhh!  It was kind of a crazy time, so I took a break for a couple weeks, and when I went back to posting I had so much content that I wanted to get out I needed to go back to posting on  Wednesdays!  As everything has calmed down, I've decided that now is as good of a time as any to go back to Saturdays. I feel so bad, I have been such a flake with posting recently and the past month is when I should have been really focused on getting out content, because.... My summer classes started this week. And they are intense. Like, more so than I expected and I'm only a week in. Also, I just got my Summer schedule for the daycare I work at, and instead of my normal 9:30-5:30, I was switched to  6:00-12:30 ...  That is a huge difference, I've never gotten up that early in my life!  It is a lot better in some ways because I now have my full days free, but it's a difficult sleep schedule to get used to.   As a result, I've been spending my mornings at work, and my evenings doing homework, or attempting to have a social life...  This is my last Summer before college after all, so I want to have fun!  But it just makes things more difficult when I need to be in bed early for work, balance homework, and then there is this blog. I have been pretty absent lately as I finished up the school year, namely my first year of college!   My classes ended last week on May 3rd, and I lucked out and didn't have to take any finals this semester!  I did have final project week though... During that week I wrote over 40 pages worth of term papers, took two tests, and completed a final project in which I had to present a powerpoint for 10 minutes.  It was a rough week, but it was all worth it, because I made all A's yet again this semester!  I finished up my freshman year only lacking two classes in completing my Associates Degree.  I'm going to take these two online this Summer, and enter Appalachian University in the fall as a Junior so I may begin taking classes within my major! So this was my friend and I who goes to Appalachian, on the day I went there to discuss transferring.  It was a hard day, so we decided we needed some ice cream!  As a reward for graduating,...

Life has been crazy lately...   Starting with the fact that it never stops snowing.   Like literally, as soon as one snow melts, the next one comes! I was out of school and work for over a week at the end of January! But despite that, life has went on, and some pretty cool things have actually happened... First of all, I'm still upset about the Superbowl, despite the fact that I love Peyton Manning. Second, I have started my own cupcake business! I have always really enjoyed baking cupcakes, and it is one of my ultimate life goals to have a cupcake shop, but for right now I'll settle for a Facebook page ! The month began with a birthday trip, for meeee! To Pigeon Forge and Dollywood for a weekend to see the Christmas lights! Besides that, most of my time in December was devoted to Christmas play practice at my church every Wednesday and Sunday night, and then some in between! Day 3 8:05 So… I totally fell asleep last night without saying goodnight. But on the bright side, for as bad as I slept  night before last is how amazing last night was! Now we have to hurry and get ready so we can make it to breakfast at Paula Deen's!
