So after searching around on  My Subscription Addiction  for a subscription box to try out for free or on the cheap to see if I liked it, I found this Nibblr box from the Pillsbury company! Upon opening my box, I found a tray of four, healthy, portion controlled snacks. Homemade Beauty... Soothing Foot Spa

As I have done for the past few months, the first Monday of this month is going to be a "Homemade Beauty" post, and then on Wednesday I will get up my "What I did this month" post! I thought after all of the stress of the holidays, I thought this might be just the thing you all needed! You Will Need: Epsom salt essential oil of your choice Directions: To tell the truth, this is actually pretty simple! Add your epsom salts and a few drops of essential oils to your foot bath. Soak for up to 20 minutes! :)
