Homemade Beauty... Kool-aid Lipgloss


You Will Need:

1 tub of petroleum jelly (Vaseline)
1 package of Kool-Aid drink mix (use your favorite flavor!)
About 10 lip gloss containers or small tubs to put the lip gloss into

Directions:
  1. Put 1 cup of Vaseline into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30-second increments (stir between each heating) until the Vaseline is melted into liquid form. It should take around 7 to 8 minutes.
  2. Once the Vaseline is liquid (be careful, it will be very hot!!!), remove the bowl from the microwave and slowly stir in Kool-Aid until you get the color you want--the more you add the darker the color, so add it in gradually. Keep stirring the Kool-Aid until the crystals are totally dissolved in the Vaseline.
  3. Pour the mixture into lip gloss containers or airtight tubs. Let it set for a few hours to allow the gloss to solidify.
  4. You're Done!! :)

January Nibblr Subscription Box

So after searching around on  My Subscription Addiction  for a subscription box to try out for free or on the cheap to see if I liked it, I found this Nibblr box from the Pillsbury company! Upon opening my box, I found a tray of four, healthy, portion controlled snacks. Each month they send you four snacks at random, until you begin to personalize your account.  You can personalize your account by selecting "Love it, Like it, Interested, or No Thanks".  All snacks begin marked "Interested", and after trying them you may mark them otherwise.  They will then try to send snacks marked "Love it" and "Like it" more often, and avoid sending the ones marked "No Thanks". Walmart Box: Winter

Now I know it isn't winter anymore, but the Walmart Box is still one of my favorites so I wanted to make sure and get it up anyway! This box is only $5 and comes once a season, so if you are looking for an affordable option that gives the most bang for your buck I highly suggest this! I also thought this box was even prettier than the past few ones!  When they started this program they had a very basic box, but now they are getting prettier and better themed with each season!  I really liked the snowflakes on the paper, super cute. This is the Dove Nutrium Moisture body wash.  If you remember, I also got this sample in my Amazon box , so Dove was really trying to promote this product this winter!  As I said before, it feels soft and moisturizing, and it makes a ton of bubbles!  I remember my grandmother using a similar body wash when I was little, so I can't figure out if this is a rerelease or the same product or what, but that's all ...
