Homemade Beauty... Kool-aid Lipgloss

You Will Need:

1 tub of petroleum jelly (Vaseline)

1 package of Kool-Aid drink mix (use your favorite flavor!)

About 10 lip gloss containers or small tubs to put the lip gloss into

Directions:

Put 1 cup of Vaseline into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30-second increments (stir between each heating) until the Vaseline is melted into liquid form. It should take around 7 to 8 minutes.
Once the Vaseline is liquid (be careful, it will be very hot!!!), remove the bowl from the microwave and slowly stir in Kool-Aid until you get the color you want--the more you add the darker the color, so add it in gradually. Keep stirring the Kool-Aid until the crystals are totally dissolved in the Vaseline.
Pour the mixture into lip gloss containers or airtight tubs. Let it set for a few hours to allow the gloss to solidify.

So where to begin... I stopped posting when life got hectic around the end of Spring after prom season, and it hasn't slowed down since!
