Homemade Beauty... Soothing Foot Spa

As I have done for the past few months, the first Monday of this month is going to be a "Homemade Beauty" post, and then on Wednesday I will get up my "What I did this month" post! I thought after all of the stress of the holidays, I thought this might be just the thing you all needed! Soak for up to 20 minutes! :)

Homemade Beauty: Greek Yogurt Mask

Ingredients: Cotton Balls Probiotic Capsule Cold Plain Greek Yogurt How To: Split open the probiotic capsule and mix it into 3 or 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Using a cotton ball, apply the mixture to your face in an even layer. Let the mask set for 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel.  Greek yogurt contains lactose enzymes which dissolve dirt and nourish your skin, while the probiotic invigorates your skin leaving it with a healthy glow. This combination also helps to reduce redness and calm breakouts.

Next I take a lip scrub (if you would like to know what I use check out this link here, but any kind you prefer will work). I use the washcloth on my lips first so that they will be more open to absorb the benefits of the Scrub. Lastly, I apply some of the lip scrub to a clean toothbrush and use this on my lips. Grab the washcloth once again and wipe the scrub and crystals away! :) The next thing you should do in your kissable lips routine, is apply a lip balm. My favorites are the eos
