Homemade Beauty... De-Puff Tired Eyes

Have you ever tried Green tea before? Personally I am not a huge fan, but it can be a great way to decrease puffiness around your eyes! Buy the iced tea version, mix up a batch, and to stick it in the fridge. After it has chilled, soak a couple of cotton rounds in the tea and lay them on your eyes. The caffeine helps to shrink the appearance of the blood vessels, and the antioxidants help eliminate inflammation. 




Another great option to de-puff your eyes are slices of raw potato. Just peel, slice, and chill them before applying to the eye area. The potato acts as a natural astringent and will take down the swelling! :)

My Summer in a Nutshell...

So I know I have been in and out throughout July, and then completely off the face of the Earth for August... Forgive me guys? I knew you would :) In some ways I thought you might need an explanation for where I have been, so here is it! July... So for the first two weeks of July I was recovering from a June (beach and packing the first two weeks, You saw all of this remember? :)  work and Bible School the last two), This was part of our Bile School castle, it was so cool! :)   doing Summer work (sort of not really ;), and working with the children's Librarian which was amazing! :)  We made Dirt Babies!! Aren't they cute??? The next week was consumed by church camp, which I can honestly say was one of the best weeks of my life! We had services every morning and night, and were part of a huge youth choir. It was a wonderful experience to bond with new people, and get closer to the Lord :) Our group was the second bigge...

Day By Day

So I've given you the monthly workout calendar, but how about a day by day breakdown? These are also part of my daily workout regimen and even though it is pretty hard, it does work! So I know it doesn't include Saturday or Sunday but later I am going to post some cute workouts that you can do whenever you want! Enjoy!
