Homecoming VoxBox

I was so happy to have received another awesome box of free stuff in the mail!!
I love getting mail... Especially packages!

This is called the "Homecoming VoxBox"
I'm assuming this means it contains things such as school essentials, and things to make yourself look super cute for Homecoming court and Homecoming dances!
Oh, and food, what High Schooler doesn't love food.

I'll start out with the given product description, and then give my personal opinion...
"Luden’s throat drops offer deliciously soothing relief of irritated throats. Enjoy 4 new flavors: WATERMELON, Strawberry-Banana, Blue Raspberry, and Green Apple."

I am not the type of person who reachers for cough drops every time they get sick, because I think they are disgusting, but apparently these taste like candy!
So Watermelon for the win!

"Red Vines candy is the deliciously rewarding treat that has been making special moments even sweeter for generations. Whether you pick-up the classic tray at the movie theater concession stand or bring them on a family road trip, Red Vines candy has been an essential part of celebrating life’s sweet moments for decades."

I'm not a huge fan of these, but I also don't really like Twizzlers...  From what I have read though, these are much different than Twizzlers, and taste much more like licorice.  All of this aside, my boyfriend loves them so he will enjoy receiving these!

"Discover a rush of moisture with new Olay Active Botanicals Refreshing Gel Cleanser. This gel cleanser washes away impurities, leaving skin soft, fresh, and ready or the next step in your daily skincare regimen. Restore hydration with the Olay Active Botanicals moisturizing hydra complex formulated with Snow Mushroom—a naturally-derived botanical that can hold up to 500x its weight in water. Used for centuries by women in China, this ancient secret has been updated for modern skincare. "

So... I have actually yet to try this because I have a very big event coming up and don't want to alter my skincare regimen before it, you understand right?
Despite this, I am very excited to try, and am expecting magic things to happen because of those mushrooms!

"Our Jalapeño chips have a zesty, south of the border flavor. Striking a perfect balance between fresh, well-rounded flavor and the clean, spicy bite of jalapeño peppers, these all natural chips are easy to eat with a satisfying burn that sneaks up on you."

Guys... my bag was open when I received them!  This made me very sad, but I decided to take my chances and try them anyway, for you all!  Consensus, they are super spicy, but really good, and surprisingly not stale considering the bag was open!

"Get over the top shine! Introducing SinfulColors SinfulShine 2 step manicure with with GelTech.
Step 1: Apply 2 coats of our 27 vibrant colors!
Step 2: Seal with our top coat for added shine and wear!"

I was probably most excited about these.  I love red nail polish, and have actually been needing to buy a new top coat!  I can not answer for the wear right now, but overall I am super excited to see how it turns out!

These were the less fun paper things I received in this package.  The top card is talking about a scholarship that I am ineligible to apply for, the bottom left is the product description card, the bottom right is an advertisement for Sinful colors, and the middle is a laptop sticker!

Remember, all of these products were sent to me for free to review, but the opinions were completely my own!

Love With Food: June

This is one of my last ever Love With Food boxes... Which is really sad because I've loved this subscription! This was a good box to begin the end on though! Of the protein bars I've tried, this has been the best one.  I like the flavor of the peanut butter and sea salt, but the dry mushy consistency just bothers me from all protein bars.  Also, I don't feel like I need 15g of protein in the mornings, thats a lot! Cookies!  I love cookies! This traditional teatime Shortbread cookie was a nice little treat to have, especially since I have just recently started drinking coffee and tea! This You Love Fruit Mango fruit leather was a really interesting product to be included in this box!  I like that it was a sweet, yet still pretty healthy option! There wasn't exactly anything special about this Sinfully Thin Blue Corn Popcorn, but that's not to say it was bad!  I finished the whole bag and thought it was a nice snack to include. Hummus ...

Homemade Beauty: Ice Facial

It may not sound very pleasant, but running an ice cube over your face has a ton of benefits for your skin! They will help to smooth your complexion by combating fat cells, easing wrinkles, fighting acne, and promoting blood circulation that will help heal past blemishes!  Be sure to  wrap the cubes  in a paper towel, or a baggie  because applying them directly to your skin can cause delicate blood vessels to break For an added  benefits to this  treatment, try freezing your cubes with watermelon, lemon, or rose!

Graze: Saptember

I started a new subscription box! You may remember me reviewing this box once before, early last year, and I liked it then but wasn't willing to pay that much for it.  I recently found a $20 voucher on Groupon for a four month  subscription with 8 snacks each.  I did the math, and I thought it was a pretty good deal, so why not give it another shot! This is technically the September box, so I'm a bit behind, but I felt it was worth sharing anyway! This Peachy Orchard is full of dried fruit like rhubarb and pear, with "peach drops." It seems like an interesting combination! These Sesame Garlic Crunch crackers were pretty good!  I liked the crunch, and they were a kind of spicy/salty I think this concept of sending cookies and tea together is so cool!  This was Lemon Almond cookies and Black Tea. This Salted Fudge and Peanut cookie snack was just ok.  I liked the fudge, cookies, and salted peanuts, but the redskin ...
