Cardio Warmups

So in every workout you are supposed to warm up with (fill in the blank cardio). Cardio, CaRdIo, CARDIO! Thats all you hear when it comes to workouts, and to be blunt cardio sucks. I found this cute little workout that you could do on the days that you just don't feel like going out and running.


Now remember I'm not saying this works as well as good mile or so run, but do this a few time through and you will feel as tired as if you did!

What I got for Christmas Highlights!

I understand that everybody else had their posts like this up the day of Christmas... But I am a rebel (and lazy) So why not throw it back to the magical Christmas season halfway through the new year, to soften the blow as all the resolutions crumble! Makeup and Haircare Th Naked 3 Palette - So this was technically for my Birthday from my boyfriend, but I had to include it because it is so exciting!! I have been wearing it constantly, and I could not be happier with it.  Needless to say, he did well. Pur Palette - My grandmother got me this, and even though it has pretty similar colors to the Naked palette, I still really love it, and it came with a mascara! Love With Food: March Throwback

So you all might remember at the beginning of the year last year I tried out a few free and discounted food subscription boxes, one of which was the Love With Food Box! It is regularly $9.99 per month for a monthly subscription, which I think is a bit much...  But on Leap Day in February they had a special running for $17.98 for a three month subscription, which is about $9 cheaper than the regular 3 month subscription, and works out to about $6 per month!  I'll but into that!
