      Love With Food: March Throwback

      So you all might remember at the beginning of the year last year I tried out a few free and discounted food subscription boxes, one of which was the Love With Food Box! It is regularly $9.99 per month for a monthly subscription, which I think is a bit much...  But on Leap Day in February they had a special running for $17.98 for a three month subscription, which is about $9 cheaper than the regular 3 month subscription, and works out to about $6 per month!  I'll but into that!       Bulu Box: February

      So I saw a coupon on this Subscription box which would make every box you ever ordered $5 instead of $10, which sounds great right?  Not so my friends... I figured this would be a nice health subscription box with healthy food and workout tips, maybe with a few supplements... It is almost entirely supplements, and I am not a big enough health nut to buy into it all... So needless to say, I canceled, but thought I'd let you know what I received and a couple of the small highlights! The first thing I pulled out was the Vital 4U Fiber Drink which is: "Packed with soluble prebiotic fiber...to promote better gut health and digestion."  These are $12.00 for a 12 pack, and I received two, so basically a $2 value.  I gave these to my mom to add into our smoothies she makes for an added boost, because I didn't want to drink them straight.       Degusta Box: October

      I hadn't ever heard of this subscription box until I received an email about a promotion they were having.  This is a $19.99 subscription box, but they were offering a special discount for $6.99 plus two free gifts!  I figured, why not give it a try? It came in a HUGE heavy box!  Inside it was wrapped with a cute little sticker, and everything even moderately breakable was packaged in bubble wrap.  I was immediately impressed.   I thought I'd show the two sweet little extra gifts they sent me first... You can't tell as much in this picture, but this is a quite large bag of mini cow tales!  They also sent me a bag of Haribo sour gummy bears.  I am not a big Haribo fan, but these seem similar to Sour Patch Kids, which I love, so maybe they will be good!  I can't really complain too much anyway since they were a free gift with the box!  And candy!
