After Christmas Haul!

So... I slacked off and didn't do a "What I Got for Christmas" Haul, but I thought this might make up for it! We went shopping this past Saturday, and I got some freaking awesome deals!! If I know the prices, I will put them :) 
Let's get into it! :)


Bath and Body Works
  • Owl Candle Holder from the Fall Collection - Originally $14.50, I got it for $2.31
  • Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Lotion from the Fall Collection - Originally $5.50, I got it for $0.88 -- Did you catch that? $0.88!!!
  • True Blue Spa Mango Body Butter - Originally $15.00, I got it for $4.77 -- I swear, I could eat this it smells so good!
  • Sent Portable Crab - Originally $4.50, I got it for $1.27
Victoria Secret
There was a 5 for $20 promo going on during the semi-annual sale at Victoria Secret, so these were $4.00 each! I got three things and my mom got two
  • Beach Dreams Fragrance Mist from the Victoria Secret in Paradise Collection - Originally $14.00 -- It is described to smell like juniper berry and watery freesia, I don't know what that is supposed to smell like but it smells good!
  • Ocean Bloom Bronzing Shimmer Stick from the Victoria Secret in Paradise Collection - Originally $14.00 -- It is like a brown shimmery stick that you rub on your legs to make them look temporarily tan, and you don't look like a Cheeto! It is described to smell like Sea Breeze and Apple Blossom
  • Forbidden Vanilla Body Butter from the Midnight Exotics Colection - Originally $12.00
Ulta
  • I don't know if you can see it much toward the bottom of the picture, but it is a little cupcake full of vanilla scented body wash! I probably won't use it for anything besides decoration, but it was marked down to $0.50! So why not :)

Icing

They were having a $1.99 promo, so I got some cool stuff!

  • Sinful Colors Nail Polish in Kissy and Neon Melon - They were a $1.00 each, Big Lot's prices ;)

  • I bought my first ever piece of furniture!! I go this Ottoman that can be a footstool, you can flip over the lid and make it a coffee table, and you can store things in it! It was Originally about $40, and I got it for $27.99!

  • I know you can't see it very well, but I got this AH-MAZING little black dress! It is a sweetheart top, with a bow on the chest, and hi-low style. It was Originally $24.00, but I got it for $15.00!

  • I got this chambray shirt with studs on the collar, It was Originally $34.00, and I got it for $12.99!

  • Whoopie Pies cookbook - Originally marked down to $6.98, I got it for $2.79
  • Cupcakes Cookbook - Originally marked down to $9.98, I got it for $3.99
  • Breakfast Heaven - Originally marked down to $9.98, I got it for $3.99

Sunburn Relief

Even when you wear sunscreen, sometimes the inevitable happens and you get the dreaded sunburn... So what should you do? I have a few suggestions of the best way to be as comfortable as possible while you recover! 1.) Pain Reliever First things first, as soon as you discover your sunburn head to the medicine cabinet and take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as Ibuprofen or Advil. These are anti-inflammatory medications which will help to reduce swelling and pressure from the sunburn, which will relive  some of the pain. 2.) Hydrate The second most helpful thing you can possibly do is drink water! The sun has sucked all of the moisture from your skin, and it is literally  begging for you to replenish it. Try to drink just water, since it is better for you and more hydrating than juice or sodas. 3.) Take a Bath Try to limit yourself to no more that 30 minutes, but that thirty minutes can do wonders for your...
