Christmas Presents...

I just felt the need to show you what I bought for everyone in my life for Christmas... It is as follows:

Mom & Dad (together):
I bought them a black picture frame from T.J.Maxx, I am putting a poem I wrote for them in it. It is called a "Did You Ever Imagine" Poem and it talks about me growing up. Their Christmas card is a letter of gratitude I wrote to them. We had a project for school about our family and those two things started out assignments, but they made me think, so I decided to give them to them as gifts :)

I am giving them a copy of another poem from that project. It is called an "I am From" Poem and it talks about them and my life as I've grown up and how they have influenced it. They will cry :') They always cry lol ;)

 Cousin (Girl) & Her Daughter (5 years old):
I bought my cousin a PocketBac from Bath and Body Works, put it in a Bumble Bee magnetic holder, and an "All I Want is a Cranberry Kiss" lipgloss.

VoxBox: Tressemé Beauty-Full Volume

I know I don't usually post at 9 o'clock on Monday nights, but I wanted to go ahead and get this out to you all while I had time, because... I got another VoxBox! This one was the Tresemmé Reverse Your Routine box with a full sized shampoo and conditioner. This is a Volumizing system, and is reffered to as "Reverse Your Routine" because you conditioner before you shampoo... Weird right?  I have to say I was a little confused and skeptical at first. The concept is that when you put conditioner in your hair and rinse then residue is left on weighing down your hair.  My thoughts were that the residue left were the moisturizing properties and that you wouldn't want to rid yourself of all of them... It just seemed a little pointless. Walmart Beauty Box: Fall

I fully intended to get this up on Saturday, as per usual, especially considering finals are over and I am now I break (!!!), but when I went to start writing Friday night the internet was out!  I go to Appalachian State University, with the possibility of 18,000 students being on the internet at any given moment and it works fine... I come home to a house of four people and it immediately crashes.  But regardless, I wanted to try to get this post up anyway just for the fun of it!  (And because I am a bored college student with no job and nothing to do for the next month and a half so... hit me up!) This is the fall edition of the Walmart Beauty Box, which is a $5 quarterly subscription.   These can kind of be hit or miss, but because they are only $20 spread out over a year and a nice little surprise when they show up, I keep it anyway.  This one was actually pretty decent! Apartment Tour + Fall Decor!

It's coming a bit late, because by this point I have Christmas decor up, but why not?  It isn't December yet, and I loved my fall decor and wanted to show it off! Entrance and "Dining Room" We did our best to section off the living room/dining room/kitchen area so it had a house feel that trashy college apartment.  We also tried to add all the things we could to make it feel more bright and homey since only one piece of furniture in here is actually ours!  The rest was provided for us. So for the dining are my roommate who replaced her desk chair with a comfy version brought out her chair so we could have 5 seats.  We then added cute placemats which stay out year round For fall decor I added the glittery leaf centerpiece and a few candles, as well as the wine bottles!
