Homemade Beauty: Ice Facial

It may not sound very pleasant, but running an ice cube over your face has a ton of benefits for your skin! They will help to smooth your complexion by combating fat cells, easing wrinkles, fighting acne, and promoting blood circulation that will help heal past blemishes!  Be sure to  wrap the cubes  in a paper towel, or a baggie  because applying them directly to your skin can cause delicate blood vessels to break For an added  benefits to this  treatment, try freezing your cubes with watermelon, lemon, or rose!

Homemade Beauty... Banana Sugar Body Scrub

You will need... 1 ripe banana 3 tablespoons granulated sugar ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract or your favorite essential oil (optional) Smash ingredients together with a fork into a chunky goop, but don't over-mash or it will become too thin to use. If you want a banana scrub for your face, reserve some of the banana and mash it separately without sugar. In the shower, pat the sugar mixture and gently massage over your body. For your face, gently massage plain banana there, avoiding the eye area. Rinse off with warm water. Credit to  http://www.treehugger.com/organic-beauty/8-homemade-salt-and-sugar-body-scrubs.html

The other three classes I am taking this semester are Foods II and Art Appreciation.  Considering two are AP, two are Duel Enrollment college courses, and I'm taking 5 classes when I'm only supposed to be taking 4, I would say I'm doing alright! But school isn't always boring, sometimes you get to play with the fake butts in the prop closet! And sometimes you get to add sarcastic Spongebob timecards to insane amounts of busy work! And when you get to drive to school looking at this :) Also this week, I have had Church Camp Meeting a...
