1. Do you start your Christmas shopping on Black Friday or wait until the last minute?

Last year I went Black Friday shopping but I didn't get to go this year :( I did do most of my Christmas shopping on Black Friday last year, this year most of it has been online.

2. If you could be in any Christmas movie what would it be?

Polar Express! Who wouldn't want to go to the North Pole and meet Santa!! :D

3. Which do you like better: Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

Eve :) On Christmas Eve you still are in the Christmas spirit with anticipation for the next morning

4. When does your family put up your Christmas tree and who decorates it? 

Usually we put it up the weekend after Thanksgiving and then we all decorate it as a family, but this year we had to put it up early because we were busy the next two weekends

5. White lights or colored lights?

White

6. Are you guilty of peeking at your presents or do you like the surprise?

Surprise!

7. Would you rather live in a gingerbread house or in Santa's Workshop?

Santa's Workshop! Who wouldn't want to stay with all of the cute little elves! :)

Spending the whole day with my extended family

9. If you could be under the mistletoe with anyone who would it be?

My Boyfriend ;)

A big gold Bow

Yes... not fun...

Keeping it alive for my little brother and baby cousin :)

Fragrant Jewels: Shipment One

So I decided to try a new Subscription Box... Remember when that was all I did??  I'm sure most of you have heard of the company Fragrant Jewels.  They create candles, bath bombs, and other fun products, all with rings hidden inside! The first box I received was a present for a friend, and I liked hers so much I decided to try it out as well!  I really wanted a candle though, and sadly this box didn't contain one.  But regardless, this is the Sweet Retreat collection.  The scent is described as "Cool Marine Breeze, Fresh Lavender, and Soothing Chamomile."  It is a bit to floral and fragrant to be especially soothing, but it is very nice and bright for spring. The first item in the box were mini bath bombs.  I actually prefer this size of bath bombs to the big ones!  I was, however, afraid that since they were mini that this product wouldn't come with a ring, which kind of defeats the purpose of Fragrant "Jewels" doesn't it?  But no...

Thanksgiving Outfits!

Usually on Thanks giving I end up wearing a t-shirt and jeans because I have been cooking all day, and because it is just my family! I mean who am I trying to impress! ;) But this year I want it to be different! I want the world to change for the better and to... wait, no no that is a different speech ;) I want to look cute this year, is that to much to ask?? I found all of these pictures on Pinterest. If you would like to see more like them (or just really want to be nice!) you can click here to go follow me! Dressy So if you have to go out somewhere with your family, or are required to dress up (more that normal at least) then I thought this would be a good outfit for you! A basic white scoop or v-neck T-shirt, a dark blue pleated skirt with a brown belt around your waist, and matching brown cutout flats. The huge tote bag and sunglasses are most definitely optional! You are dressed up more than you normally would be, but still keeping it kind of casu...

Christmas Decorations

I decorated my dorm prior to Thanksgiving so we would be able to have the decorations up for quite a while before going home.  My classes ended the first week in December, so there wouldn't have been a point to decorating after!  After coming home for Christmas break I simply decorated my room at home with the decorations I had at school, so I thought it would be fun to show you both! Dorm This is where all of the main decorations in the room were.  We already had the lights up so we simply hung icicles and a bow from them.  We placed clings on the window the said "Let it Snow."  On the windowsill we sat my fiberoptic tree in the middle, and then added little knick knacks all around, which you can't see well because of the weird lighting... I swear I didn't take this in a dark room, but the combination of backlighting from outside, the string lights, and the tree, it all just messed with my camera.
