Nadine West: Fourth Shipment

So this wasn't the most successful shipment ever, but I still got one nice piece out of it! And they left me a sweet surprise which I'll tell you about at the end, so I wasn't upset at all!

This is actually two items from my shipment! This outfit contains both the shirt and leggings from this month, and they kind of go together!

Though I really liked the pattern of the leggings, they are much more like tights. They were totally see through, which made me pretty sad. If they were marketed as tights then I wouldn't be too disappointed, but these were called Leggings. They retailed for $14.49, and I didn't keep them.

The shirt fit very well and was extremely comfy. I have been looking for a shirt this color, so I was pretty excited to see it in my bag, even though it is pretty basic. This shirt also retailed for $14.49, and I did elect to keep it!

These are the "Beauty Within" earrings, and I'm actually pretty sure I received the matching necklace for these a few shipments ago! They are a bit big and a little gaudy for me. I like the concept of the Tree jewelry, I just haven't liked these. They retailed for $11.99.

Did everyone watch Full House? Remember the seashell earrings Danny's girlfriend Vicky wore in an episode? Yeah... That is what this necklace reminded me of. This was way too much and way too ocean-ish for me. It retailed for $18.99 and I most certainly did not keep it!

This wasn't the best shipment I've gotten, but their customer service totally made up for it! They sent me a message saying "We haven't liked anything in a while, to make up for it, we've added credit to this shipment as an apology" and gave me $5! I'm just so impressed with them at every turn, it was so sweet!

My Everyday/Travel Makeup Bag

Winter As a College Student

Let me just tell you, there isn't a thing in the world fun about a dorm room in the winter! On the happen chance that yours is as old as mine (pre-1960s, thank you very much) you probably have radiators too, which personally, I have very little control over. Even on the off setting they exude so much heat that the room is stifling! And then you open the window and snow starts blowing in... Yay Appalachian Mountains! Let's just all agree that is quite a process. So what is one to do to combat these cold (and getting colder!) temperatures? First, I've got two B's for you (mostly because I couldn't come up with a third...) Blankets and Bedwarmers! VoxBox: Tressemé Beauty-Full Volume

I know I don't usually post at 9 o'clock on Monday nights, but I wanted to go ahead and get this out to you all while I had time, because... I got another VoxBox! This one was the Tresemmé Reverse Your Routine box with a full sized shampoo and conditioner. This is a Volumizing system, and is reffered to as "Reverse Your Routine" because you conditioner before you shampoo... Weird right? I have to say I was a little confused and skeptical at first. The concept is that when you put conditioner in your hair and rinse then residue is left on weighing down your hair. My thoughts were that the residue left were the moisturizing properties and that you wouldn't want to rid yourself of all of them... It just seemed a little pointless.
