College Countdown: Planer and Week at a Glance

The week prior to move in is going to be crazy!!  We are getting back from Disney the night of August 11th, and I move in between 1:00 and 4:00 on the 12th… Between driving over ten hours back home, unpacking from Disney, finishing packing for college, and then finally moving in, it is going to be a chaotic two days!   Once I'm home I have to pack up my clothes (which I've already picked out), pack any toiletries I haven't been able to, and anything else last minute which I wasn't able to before the Disney trip! My schedule for the day went something like this... Staying up late into the night packing and then waking up much too early to continue  12:00 Lunch at my Grandmother's house with my extended family since I haven't seen them in a while and won't see them again for a longer while! 2:00 Leave for College with pitstops at the place I used to work to pick up my check, the bank to cash the check, and then off to college! 3:45 Moving ...

Girls Night In!

Time to unwind with a girls night!  If you are like me and my adorable roomie, you just completed a week of mind numbing midterms and you need to unwind.   Priority number one is getting into the comfiest possible clothes that you own, bonus points if you have super cute matching pjs unlike me... My top pick is my boyfriends flannel (which is huge on me! <3) and leggings with fuzzy socks.   If you want to go the comfy but cute route, Adore Me has sleepwear ranging from sexy slips and camis if you are having a night in with your significant other, cute sweats for a girls night like we are having, and robes if you just need something to cuddle up in and be extra cozy! I highl y reccomend them!  And, just like with their bra and panty sets, your first set is only $25! Step two is to slap on a face mask! In the picture above I am wearing the Glam Glow SuperMud, which is not pictured because I only have a small Sephora sample, but it work...

December Date Box

Datebox is a subscription for primarily married couples, but it works for anyone with a significant other!  The point, is to get married couples to sit down once a moth, and have a date night to themselves. I had never heard of this subscription box before, until I was scrolling through my Instagram feed one day and saw someone promoting it, with a promo code! You all know how I can't resist good deals... This box is normally about $35 per month, plus $5 shipping... That is expensive. But I paid only the shipping! And that makes it fun! So as you could probably guess, this month was Christmas themed... Here is the look at the inside, and let it be known that I cleared out an abundance of bubblewrap before taking the picture, so it was well packaged! The first thing I pulled out was these two mugs that say "Baby it's cold outside" and "I've got your love to keep me warm," so sweet! And then they sent hot chocolate to go in th...
