An Update and a What's in my... Surprise!

Well everyone, it is Friday June the 7th and while you are reading this I will be on my way to the beach!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I am so excited!
I have been trying to work it out for about a month now so that I could blog about my days and upload daily for you all, but every way I have turned another problem has popped up...
I finally made the decision to just extend the "What's in my..." series while I am gone, and post my blogs as soon as I get back. I will be blogging and taking pictures for the blog, I just have no way to actually get them onto the website and uploaded! -_- Makes me mad...
So on June the 19th I will begin my vacation blogging series :)

As a Bonus right now, I thought I might show you what I will be packing In my purse for the first day of my vacation aka today aka the day we are going to the Zoo!
So here is my "Zoo Bag"

In the bottom zip pocket in the front I will be keeping:

Money
Quarters and pennies for the penny squishers :)
Extra batteries for my camera

In the top front pocket is where all of my cosmetic type things will be. I will have:

Oil Blotting Sheets
Bert's Bees Lifeguard Chapstick
Bobby Pins
Hairbows
An Extra Contact
My Hard Candy Concealer Pencil (because it is small)

In the very back pocket behind the bag I am going to keep:
My phone
My Camera

I know this was kind of a short post, but I just wanted to let you all know what was going on!

Pray that me and my family have a safe trip down to the beach and back and I will see you all soon!

What I Did This Month... December (Christmas Edition!)

The month of December was so beyond hectic... I don't even know what to say. There were weeks that I didn't stop from 6:30 in the morning until late at night. That is not fun. But know what is fun? Christmas! Christmas is lots of fun!! So let's talk about all the things I did leading up to Christmas :) On the very first day of December my family brought in our tree that we had gotten the day before! We brought it in all tied up, and if you have ever seen Christmas Vacation you can really appreciate this ;) This was also my dad showing off his extremely sharp knife, which he proceeded to gash open his finger with! Ipsy: March Throwback

First of all, this is one of the cuuuutest bag I've gotten in a while! This bag was probably about 50/50 on how I liked the actual products I received, but keep reading for a cool surprise in the end! This is the NYX Liquid Suede lipstick and I really enjoyed it! I was wary of this color when I first pulled it out, but after putting it on I found out that it was really pretty!! It dries very matte, and lasts quite a while. This is a really pretty eyeshadow, it is the brand Manna Kadar in the color Fantasy. It is a pretty basic color and the packaging is kind of cheap, but it is a nice full size, so I'm not mad at it! I never wear my hair straight three days in a row... This is a nice product from Marc Anthony again, and it smells good, it just isn't something I will use often. This is the Pixie blush and highlighter duo in rose gold, and it was sooooo pretty! And then it fell off my sink and instantly broke on the edge. And then it happened aga

Outer Banks 2013: Day 11, Monday June 17th

9:00 AM Well we had to wake up early this morning... Since Elijah was sick yesterday we missed a lot of what we were going to do, and had to try and fit it all in in two days instead of three. But missing that day was worth it because he feels so much better today :) We had waffles again foe breakfast this morning, which were just as good as the day before. Now we are driving across the road to the Wright Brothers Memorial. 11:00 AM We just left the Memorial/museum! See, he is feeling much better :) Remake of the first plane Markers depicting the flight distances, see that one way off in the distance? :) The Wright Brother's Memorial Now we are on our way to Currituck Lighthouse! 12:30 PM We de decided to stop for lunch at a place in Duck called Route 12. We know about it because it was featured on the Tv show Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. I had Chicken Tenders and fries, which were very good :) 4:00 PM We just left Currituck Lighthouse
