An Update and a What's in my... Surprise!

Well everyone, it is Friday June the 7th and while you are reading this I will be on my way to the beach!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I am so excited!
I have been trying to work it out for about a month now so that I could blog about my days and upload daily for you all, but every way I have turned another problem has popped up...
I finally made the decision to just extend the "What's in my..." series while I am gone, and post my blogs as soon as I get back. I will be blogging and taking pictures for the blog, I just have no way to actually get them onto the website and uploaded! -_- Makes me mad...
So on June the 19th I will begin my vacation blogging series :)

As a Bonus right now, I thought I might show you what I will be packing In my purse for the first day of my vacation aka today aka the day we are going to the Zoo!
So here is my "Zoo Bag"
Like the bag? I duck taped it :D
  • In the bottom zip pocket in the front I will be keeping:
    • Money
    • Quarters and pennies for the penny squishers :)
    • Extra batteries for my camera
  • In the top front pocket is where all of my cosmetic type things will be. I will have:
    • Oil Blotting Sheets
    • Bert's Bees Lifeguard Chapstick
    • Bobby Pins
    • Hairbows
    • An Extra Contact
    • My Hard Candy Concealer Pencil (because it is small)
  • In the very back pocket behind the bag I am going to keep:
  • My phone
  • My Camera
I know this was kind of a short post, but I just wanted to let you all know what was going on!
Pray that me and my family have a safe trip down to the beach and back and I will see you all soon!

Homemade Beauty: Ice Facial

It may not sound very pleasant, but running an ice cube over your face has a ton of benefits for your skin! They will help to smooth your complexion by combating fat cells, easing wrinkles, fighting acne, and promoting blood circulation that will help heal past blemishes!  Be sure to  wrap the cubes  in a paper towel, or a baggie  because applying them directly to your skin can cause delicate blood vessels to break For an added  benefits to this  treatment, try freezing your cubes with watermelon, lemon, or rose!

What's in my... Makeup Bag

I would just like to let you all know that I am packing for a 12 day trip, so for some of you this might not be enough, for some it may be to much. I don't wear all of this every single day, but I do like options. I would also like you to know that we are going to be driving everywhere on this vacation, so to an extent I don't have to worry about how much I pack or the sizes of my products. If you would like to see a collective list of everything I am bringing on my trip, click here Here is a look inside the makeup bag... Now lets get into it! :) Face Products elf Zit Zapper, I put this on before all of my other makeup items, it is a clear liquid inside a roller ball and it works really well! :) Rimmel Fix and Perfect Face Primer Covergirl Nature Luxe Foundation, they have discontinued it :'( Covergirl Liquid Concealer, for under my eyes Maybelline Waterproof Concealer Stick, in case I have any really bad blemishes going down to the beach, because I ...

Ipsy: March Throwback

First of all, this is one of the cuuuutest bag I've gotten in a while! This bag was probably about 50/50 on how I liked the actual products I received, but keep reading for a cool surprise in the end! This is the NYX Liquid Suede lipstick and I really enjoyed it! I was wary of this color when I first pulled it out, but after putting it on I found out that it was really pretty!!  It dries very matte, and lasts quite a while.  This is a really pretty eyeshadow, it is the brand Manna Kadar in the color Fantasy.  It is a pretty basic color and the packaging is kind of cheap, but it is a nice full size, so I'm not mad at it! I never wear my hair straight three days in a row... This is a nice product from Marc Anthony again, and it smells good, it just isn't something I will use often. This is the Pixie blush and highlighter duo in rose gold, and it was sooooo pretty!  And then it fell off my sink and instantly broke on the edge.  And then it ...
