1. How did you get your youtube user (Blog) name?
I am absolutely in love with Summer, and my family always calls me "Sweety", and it sounds cool! So it just made sense :)


2. If you could change your name to anything, what would it be and why?
I'm not sure that I would change my name, I like it just the way it is :)

3. If you could go back in time and give your younger self advice, what would it be and why?
Don't cut your hair off to your chin, skip the glasses and go straight for contacts, and for the love of God fix your makeup!!

4. How old were you when you first learned to blow a bubblegum bubble?
Ohhh.... I'm not sure to tell the truth, probably around 7?

5. What did you want to be when you were little?
A teacher! Always a teacher :)

6. What do you order at Starbucks?
Absolutely nothing! I DO NOT like Starbucks... It is overpriced, to hyped up, and above all coffee is gross...

7. What's the hardest you ever laughed?
I don't think I can name an exact time, but it would probably have been at a sleepover around 3 in the morning when you are so crazy you don't know up from down ;)

8. If you could play any musical instrument, which would it be and why? 
A guitar, because I have always liked the way they sound and look.

9. What's your favorite thing to do when your upset?
Listen to music!

10. What's your favorite movie?
Maybe Remember the Titans? Or possibly Princess Bride

11. What's one food you can not live without?
Ben and Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Pepperoni!

14. Would you rather have the superpower to read minds, or the superpower to be invisible?
Be invisible, because I don't think I would really want to know what most people think of me

15. What did you do for your last birthday?
I went to Pigeon Forge with my (now ex!) boyfriend... It was my 16th birthday, and if I had the opportunity I would redo it :/

16. If you had one personal "selfish" wish, what would it be and why?
To be like model beautiful. You know perfect hair, not need makeup, drop dead body, that kind of thing ;)

17. What does OMGHHKP mean to you?
Oh My Gosh.... no idea haha :P

Apple Spice Cupcakes

Ok... This is my new favorite go to fall/winter recipe! They are a huge hit wherever you take them! :) A pple Spice Cupcakes makes 18 cupcakes 2 eggs 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 2/3 cup light brown sugar 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup milk  (I used almond milk) 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1 and 1/2 cups flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda   1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2 small apples, chopped into fine pieces  (about 1.5 cups) Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line muffin pan with baking cups. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, sugars, milk, and vanilla until completely smooth.  Set aside.  In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.  Slowly add the wet ingredients and stir until JUST combined.  Do not overmix. Slowly mix in the apples. Fill each baking cup about 2/3 full and bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toot...

Let's Talk...

I feel so bad, I have been such a flake with posting recently and the past month is when I should have been really focused on getting out content, because.... My summer classes started this week. And they are intense. Like, more so than I expected and I'm only a week in. Also, I just got my Summer schedule for the daycare I work at, and instead of my normal 9:30-5:30, I was switched to  6:00-12:30 ...  That is a huge difference, I've never gotten up that early in my life!  It is a lot better in some ways because I now have my full days free, but it's a difficult sleep schedule to get used to.   As a result, I've been spending my mornings at work, and my evenings doing homework, or attempting to have a social life...  This is my last Summer before college after all, so I want to have fun!  But it just makes things more difficult when I need to be in bed early for work, balance homework, and then there is this blog. I love having this...

2014-2015 Plum Paper Planner!

This is my new  Plum Paper Planner , and is most definitely one of my favorite possessions right now!  It came packaged like this...  I got  this  design, and added on an extra six months, making it an 18 month planner.  That was the really cool thing about this company, everything is customizable.  You can get your name and monogram on certain planner designs for free, you can add extra months like I did, add extra notes pages, budget pages, and more!  The standard planner with an extra six months was $48.75, which was pretty expensive... but it was a Christmas present, and will last me through the first year of college, so I could justify it! It has tabs on the side, which are laminated and reinforced  One of the first pages in the planner is a full 2015 planner, and on the next pages a 2016 calendar.  Each month begins with two note pages, which...
