Fab Ab February

So I have been big into working out lately, because who doesn't want to look their very best when vacation time comes! I found this workout calendar on Pinterest so I'm not able to give you the link to the exact website but I thought if you liked it enough you could copy, or print it out. I have been looking for the rest of the months that go with this but so far this is the only one I've found. I am doing it myself and so far its working pretty well, I would love for you to do this with me, just comment below and tell me any of your thoughts about it.
Enjoy!! :)

  1. Hey Summertime Sweety! The plan is great but I don't think I'm able to do even one push-up! Do you have any tips for it?

    1. Of Course! I have trouble doing push-ups too (my arms are very often compared to sticks ;) My suggestion is to maybe start out smaller, such as lifting some small three lbs. weights (which I do), you could also push the exercises back some. What I mean by this is start this calendar next month and during this month lift some wights and try one or two push-ups a day until you feel that you are strong enough to start this. I hope that this helped you some and that you end up with Fab Beach Abs!! :)

You Will Need: Epsom salt essential oil of your choice Directions: To tell the truth, this is actually pretty simple! Add your epsom salts and a few drops of essential oils to your foot bath. Soak for up to 20 minutes! :)

Get Ready With Me: Anniversary

So my Anniversary is actually on a Monday, and that Monday just happens to be his mom's Birthday as well, so needless to say, we chose another day!  We celebrated on Saturday, October 3rd, and it was absolutely amazing!  But if you want to know more about it, you will have to check back on Wednesday to see my entire day... I started out the morning by taking an early shower so I could shave my legs and apply lotion in time for it to dry and soak in.  I also did this because I wanted to curl my hair, so my hair needed to bee good and dry.  My hair doesn't usually curl well fresh and clean, so after i got out of the shower I applied a texturizing product (which I will mention later) After I got out of the shower I decided to paint my nails. I chose to paint them French Tips with just a basic white nail polish, and covered it with my new Sinful Colors topcoat which I received in a recent VoxBox I did my toes the same way! While my hair continued to dr...
