Cardio Warmups

So in every workout you are supposed to warm up with (fill in the blank cardio). Cardio, CaRdIo, CARDIO! Thats all you hear when it comes to workouts, and to be blunt cardio sucks. I found this cute little workout that you could do on the days that you just don't feel like going out and running.


Now remember I'm not saying this works as well as good mile or so run, but do this a few time through and you will feel as tired as if you did!

Ipsy: July

The bag this moth is so cute!  It has  little beach umbrellas all over it!  And what came in it was no joke either! The first thing I got was a flat shader brush from Vasanti.  It is a very nice brush, and very soft, I am just getting a little tired of being sent this type of brush... I have plenty now. This Makeup Forever Mascara is probably my favorite item I've gotten out of a bag thus far!  It doesn't move, at all.  I wore it for 18 hour days in the hot sun and water rides of Disney World and it stayed perfect!  Not only that, it makes your eyelashes look amazing, I highly recommend this. Walmart Beauty Box: Fall

I fully intended to get this up on Saturday, as per usual, especially considering finals are over and I am now I break (!!!), but when I went to start writing Friday night the internet was out!  I go to Appalachian State University, with the possibility of 18,000 students being on the internet at any given moment and it works fine... I come home to a house of four people and it immediately crashes.  But regardless, I wanted to try to get this post up anyway just for the fun of it!  (And because I am a bored college student with no job and nothing to do for the next month and a half so... hit me up!)
