Cardio Warmups

So in every workout you are supposed to warm up with (fill in the blank cardio). Cardio, CaRdIo, CARDIO! Thats all you hear when it comes to workouts, and to be blunt cardio sucks. I found this cute little workout that you could do on the days that you just don't feel like going out and running.


Now remember I'm not saying this works as well as good mile or so run, but do this a few time through and you will feel as tired as if you did!

So guys... I resubscribed to Ipsy!  Since I was back to having a summer job I figured I could spare $10 a month!  And so far, this bag wasn't the best, but I updated my profile so it will take a minute for them to readapt. This is the Kokie nail polish in the color Gone Rio.  I hadn't ever heard of this brand before, but the packaging is adorable!  Apparently you can buy it at Walmart for around $5.  The color is a really nice orange-y coral and it has a decent lasting power considering how rough I am on my nails!  Overall I liked it and I would buy from this brand again. 90's Kid Throwback!

1. Favorite Disney channel original movie? Wow... way to hard to pick, so.... The13th year, Z enon, J onny Tsunami, and M otocrossed were my favorites :) 2. Favorite music artist? Kind of partial to the Backstreet Boys 3. Favorite Nick Jr. show? Oh so many of these as well :) I liked Franklin the Turtle, L ittle Bear, and I loooooove R ugrats! 4. Favorite candy? Spring Break 2016

Well I just finished an extremely short Spring Break... I was only given two days last week! Isn't that sad?  But hey, I had the most of it! I started out Spring Break (on Wednesday night) with a bonfire for my friend's birthday!  We have the perfect bonfire spot beside a river, and in the river lives otters!  It was too dark to see them that night, but they are my favorite animal, and I am looking foreward to many Summer bonfires with our otter friends!  I have never really been into the whole eno hammock thing, but my friend brought a double so I though, why not??  It was surprisingly comfortable, and we had a lot of fun celebrating her birthday together! But now the main event of Spring Break...
