Homemade Beauty... DIY Shampoo

Did you know you could use Lemon and Apple Cider Vinegar as Shampoo? Neither did I! But apparently it's possible... They have a similar acidic level to hair so they are safe to use and will remove build-up

You Will Need:

1 Cup of Water

The Juice of 1 Lemon

2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:

Mix together and comb through your hair while you are in the shower. Rinse and Condition an usual!

Love With Food: March Throwback

So you all might remember at the beginning of the year last year I tried out a few free and discounted food subscription boxes, one of which was the Love With Food Box! So I saw a coupon on this Subscription box which would make every box you ever ordered $5 instead of $10, which sounds great right? Not so my friends... I figured this would be a nice health subscription box with healthy food and workout tips, maybe with a few supplements... Degusta Box: October

I hadn't ever heard of this subscription box until I received an email about a promotion they were having. This is a $19.99 subscription box, but they were offering a special discount for $6.99 plus two free gifts! I figured, why not give it a try? It came in a HUGE heavy box! Inside it was wrapped with a cute little sticker, and everything even moderately breakable was packaged in bubble wrap. I was immediately impressed. I thought I'd show the two sweet little extra gifts they sent me first... You can't tell as much in this picture, but this is a quite large bag of mini cow tales!
