Homemade Beauty... Soothing Foot Spa

As I have done for the past few months, the first Monday of this month is going to be a "Homemade Beauty" post, and then on Wednesday I will get up my "What I did this month" post!

I thought after all of the stress of the holidays, I thought this might be just the thing you all needed!

You Will Need:
Epsom salt
essential oil of your choice

 Directions:
To tell the truth, this is actually pretty simple! Add your epsom salts and a few drops of essential oils to your foot bath. Soak for up to 20 minutes! :)

    Who would have thought that you could enjoy a relaxing foot spa with just two very easy to find ingredients? Thanks for sharing that! I can just imagine how comforting the scent of the oil will be, and how the solution will make my feet more relaxed. I do hope you’ll be able to share more of your DIY spa tips in your future posts. Dirty Myrtle: Days 6 and 7

Day 6 12:00 Hello everyone! I just sat my butt down on the beach, and this is a little late for even us!    This morning Kaitlyn suggested walking to the Starbucks down the road, and who was I to turn her down?  After that little endeavor we came back to put sunscreen on, and headed out to the beach! We are cooking in tonight, so we can stay out later since we don't have to dress up!   Also update, thankfully the sunburns on our butts have faded out and aren't as painful 😂 4:55 So we ended up going in for lunch around 2:00 and had leftovers again, but then something exciting happened… I got to FaceTime my boyfriend! He is currently on a study abroad trip in Africa doing clinical shadowing in a hospital in Zambia. He has only been gone about a week so far, but I haven't gotten to talk to him very much, so I was really happy about that!   Pretty awesome view while talking to him too! 7:00 We are cooking dinner again tonight...

College Countdown: Dorm Haul

So this obviously isn't every single thing I bought for college... Doing a post like that would be ten miles long!  These are some of the more stand out, good deals, or cute things I bought! Walmart Hamper - A nice, durable, super pretty one that my mom bought me for Easter Shower Caddy Hand Towel - A pretty yellow one that matches my room from the kitchen department Washcloths  Hangers - Just the cheap plastic ones, I think they work as well as the felt ones everyone loves! Bowls and Cups - Just cheap plastic ones, I wasn't looking for durable and long lasting, it's college! Comforter - I fount this set on sale after the dorm craze last year and I was so extited!  It was EXACTLY what I wanted, and came with sheets, the sham, a baby pillow, and the comforter.
