Homemade Beauty: Greek Yogurt Mask

Ingredients:

Cotton Balls

Probiotic Capsule

Cold Plain Greek Yogurt

How To:

Split open the probiotic capsule and mix it into 3 or 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Using a cotton ball, apply the mixture to your face in an even layer. Let the mask set for 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel. Greek yogurt contains lactose enzymes which dissolve dirt and nourish your skin, while the probiotic invigorates your skin leaving it with a healthy glow. This combination also helps to reduce redness and calm breakouts.

Disney 2016: Day 10

8:20 a.m. Good morning everyone! We are currently on our way to Animal Kingdom... ...our second favorite park! Today I am wearing a Lion King tank top from Rue 21, athletic shorts from Nike, Tevas, my FitBit and Magic Band, and my hair in a Tinkerbell bun! 1:00 p.m. Just finished lunch at Flame Tree Barbecue! It was a quick service, and we loved it! We only got two plates of food, but we still couldn't finish it it was so much! We had ribs, pulled pork barbecue, barbecue chicken, fries, onion rings, baked beans, and coleslaw, and that was just two plates!! I really wish I'd taken a picture, because it is one of the best Disney meals I've ever had! Since this morning we rode a few of the rides here, but most importantly, we rode the Safari! Dirty Myrtle 2017: Days 2 and 3

Day 2 8:55 Good morning ladies! I'm awake, my air is kinky and gross, my clothes don't really match, and I honestly don't really care because I'm taking a walk to go get doughnuts for breakfast! I have honestly never been to Dunkin Donuts, and would choose Kristy Kreme with their icing waterfall any day, buuuuuut I want doughnuts and these are only a 5 minute walk away. I don't have these kind of lovely opportunities at home… 10:00 Kaitlyn was happy with my little surprise this morning😄 11:20 We made it to the beach!
